If the bus is late because of weather, traffic or mechanical problems, fares are non-refundable. However you will be able to reschedule your trip.

If you are visiting a loved one or friend in a Massachusetts correctional facility please respect the prison's dress code and take note of items not permitted inside the facility. If you are in violation of the dress code your fare is also non-refundable.

U Go transportation will not be liable for any lost or stole items. Therefore if you must remove items from your belongings we are not able to keep them on the bus in your absence.

All passengers are required to take their belongings each time they exit the bus. Failure to do so releases us from any responsibility for loss or damage.
